Goal of $10,000, challenge goal of $25,000

• The first $10,000 will go towards keeping our St. Zachary parish family whole by providing scholarships and financial assistance to school and religious education families struggling due COVID-related work layoffs or furloughs or personal medical problems. This year, our parish is anticipating less scholarship monies from the Illinois Tax Credit Scholarship program than in years past. Your donations will help provide a faith-filled quality “in-person” education to our current and potential new students to our school or religious education program.
• Our challenge goal of $25,000 will allow the parish to address safety concerns around the parish campus. Some of our perimeter concrete sidewalks are in need of repair or complete replacement. This project as well as other facility upgrades will ensure that those that have difficulty walking or those that use devices to assist with walking are able to do so safely without any tripping hazards.
• As stated in our parish mission, St. Zachary Parish is a welcoming community. We want to make sure that all who come to our parish feel not only welcomed but feel comfortable in doing so.
